Before any work begins, we send you a full contract via Docusign. You sign digitally from anywhere in the world — no printing, no posting. The contract covers every detail: plan, price, what is included, timelines, and cancellation terms.
All Stelo plans require a minimum 12-month commitment. This allows us to build and maintain your site to the highest standard. After 12 months, you can cancel with 30 days written notice at any time. Month-to-month after that.
We host and maintain your site on our servers. You own your domain name, your content, and your brand identity. If you cancel your Stelo plan, the site is taken offline. A code buyout option is available at end of contract — ask us for details.
The one-time setup fee covers the build time for your custom website. It is non-refundable once the build has begun. Monthly fees begin from the day your site goes live, not from the day you sign the contract.
Changes beyond your monthly allowance are billed at €75/hour. We always tell you the estimated time and cost before we begin any extra work. No surprises, no hidden charges. Small changes like text or photo updates rarely exceed your allowance.
You can upgrade your Stelo plan at any time — no penalty, no waiting period. Many clients start on Starter and upgrade to Growth as their business grows. Upgrades take effect from your next billing cycle.
Full contract terms are provided via Docusign before any payment is taken. We encourage you to read every line and ask any questions on your free Zoom call before signing.
After your 12-month minimum term, you can cancel with 30 days written notice. Once cancelled, your site is taken offline and all files remain with JJ Styled Web. Your domain name always remains yours — you keep that no matter what. If you want to own the full code, ask us about a code buyout option before cancelling.
Yes. All plans are priced in EUR but we accept payment in GBP, USD, AED, NGN, ZAR and other major currencies at the current exchange rate. We accept international bank transfer, debit/credit card, and PayPal. We will confirm your payment method on the Zoom call before you sign anything.

We begin building within 5 working days of receiving your signed contract and setup fee. Starter sites are typically ready for review within 2 weeks. Growth sites take 3 weeks. Premium sites with full backend systems take 4–6 weeks. We do not rush — every site is built to a standard we are proud to put our name on.
Your logo (if you have one), your brand colours (if known), your photos or product images, your service or product list with prices, and any text you want on the site. If you do not have photos yet, we can advise on free sources. If you do not have a logo, we can recommend a designer or discuss a simple logo as an add-on.
We build in a review stage before launch. You see the full site and request changes. We refine until you are happy — there is no limit on revision rounds during the pre-launch stage. After launch, changes come from your monthly allowance or are billed at €75/hour for larger structural changes.
